Since 2005, I’ve had the pleasure to work with Lynda.com and Stanford University to help the next generation of designers and product designers. I also speak around the world on design and culture transformation.
Building & Managing Remote & Distributed Teams. I’ve Hired and grown Distributed teams across 15 timezones, including Israel, UK, Ukraine, NYC, SF, and Seattle. Increased hiring velocity at Amazon by 167% through Distributed hiring approach.
I’m thrilled that customers love our products and services. At Amazon, I led the Voice of the Customer Program and maintained an average 4.7 out of 5 for Customer Satisfaction while increasing utilization from 35% to 74%. Our registration completion rate was 93%.
During the Pandemic, I trained our team of designers, product managers, researchers and operations on Remote Workshop Facilitation. This led to over 85 Remote Workshops, kickoffs, and Design sprints conducted between 2020-2022.
Since 1998, I have personally managed over 175 lives and careers. Over 500+ designers and researchers have been shaped by the work and mentorship I’ve had the privilege to shape.
